  • Rates indicated are exclusive of taxes and payment service charge, which comes around 21% in total
  • Read the guidelines given below before starting registration process.
  • The conference will be conducted in Virtual Mode
  • In Advance (Early Bird) registration closes on 30th September 2021.
  • Author registration closes on 15th October 2021.

Guidelines for Authors and Participants

  1. At least one author should register for one paper.
  2. All Registrants, at the time of registering,  will have to pay GST at 18% as applicable to such receipts in India and payment gateway charge of 3.54 %. 
  3. Those who wish to register under all student categories, should send proof of such claims- as an email from the head of the academic unit under which he or she is pursuing her studies, to conference mail : appeec2021@gmail.com, indicating that he/she is a bonafide full time student or should produce IEEE Membership proof whichever is applicable- failing which they will not be eligible for concessionary rates indicated.
  4. Power and Energy Society members/IEEE Members  should send their proof of membership to the conference mail : appeec2021@gmail.com.
  5. Conference participants will be entitled to attend all conference sessions other than tutorials.
  6. Each attendee must register separately
  7. Registration will  be considered completed only upon receiving the registration fees.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • 50% of registration fee can be refunded for cancellation made in writing and received by the APPEEC 2021 Finance Chair on or before  5 November 2021.
  • After refund and cancellation, the corresponding final paper will be excluded from the proceedings.
  • There will be no refund for cancellation made after 5 November 2021.
  • Refunds (if any) will be made after the conference by online transfer.
