Presentation guidelines

Note: this guideline is for paper presentations only. Industry and presentation only speakers will receive the information via email.


  1. Each paper presenter is allocated a 10mins timeslot for presentation and then after a 3mins Q&A. Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint and name the presentation as “APPEEC2022_Paper id_First name_Last name.pptx”.
  2. Please make sure to check your presentation schedule and room number from the detailed program. You’ll need to bring your presentation in a usb stick.
  3. Please make your way to your designated meeting room 10mins before the session starts to allow enough time for loading the presentations.


  1. Please record a 10-minute video of your presentation. There are several ways to record a talk, including Zoom, voice over PowerPoint, or other software such as WebEx, Skype, Google Meet, GoTo Meeting, and Microsoft Teams.
  2. Please note the following requirements for preparing your video:
    1. Maximum video length: 10 minutes
    2. File size limit: 50 MB
    3. File format: mp4
    4. Minimum height: 480 pixels
    5. Video aspect ratio: 16:9Name your file: “APPEEC2022_Paper id_First name_Last name.mp4”
  3. Please upload the recorded presentation in Easychair Log in to Easychair submission site and navigate to My submissions. Select View and then Add or Update files from the right side corner. Finally you should be able to upload your presentation as in the following figure:
